METRO Trip App Reviews

Dont know why this app got such low ratings. It tells the time when the bus arrives and the time I will be at my destination. It also plans my trip for me. There is one thing, please always continuous make the app better. Update 9/2/16: Down grade from a 5 to a 4. This app is not entirely accurate. Told I needed to wait 20 minutes for the next bus. I was about to turn back and just drive. Then a new bus arrived. I had to run to catch it.

If you have not done the update, DONT!!!!!! Absolutely horrible. You will lose all your favorites. Default location is D.C. Not user friendly. There doesnt appear to be a way to delete recent trips, so if you look up a wrong stop, it will stay in your recent trip log.

I cant say enough good things about what you guys have done to this app. Took it out of the stone ages and really make it practical and useable. Thank you! Great work!

No longer functioning even if you try to delete and install the app again.

New upgrade made app dead and not usable

The new update to this app is horrible, not user friendly at all. Cannot even begin to explain the inconvenience it has caused me in the last 24 hours. Please revert back to the old format and do us all a favor.

The routes no longer load, and thats with full LTE signal.

This app no longer works with the new update. I tried reinstalling it and now it defaults to DC. I need this to get to work everyday since the buses are never on time in Houston. Now Ill have to try to guess when the bus will arrive or wait at the stops for 20 minutes. I would rather have the old Stone Age app that worked than this.

The new update is crap. It barely works!!!

This update is horrible! The functionality is very bad. You cant save the stops.

So... apparently it defaults you to D.C., which isnt ideal. There is now way for it to find "you". I live in Houston, and I would like to be able to save my bus stop and see when my bus will get to that specific bus stop. This is not user friendly. I DONT CARE WHAT BUS IS NEAR D.C.! I need to know where my bus is and if it is on time. I want the old app back, or seriously fix this one NOW!

This new update is awful. It was working okay at first but not close to how easy the last version was. Please fix this thing. It wont even give me the correct routes anymore. Wont save my frequent locations. Tries to send me on two hour routes when there are 30 minute options I already know of(thank god)...

This is a typical case of dont fix if it aint broke. I used the app regularly before leaving the office to check if my bus is delayed but with the updated version the favorites were eliminated and the new map feature doesnt replace that at all. I deleted the app and would give 0 stars if it were possible.

If you havent updated the TRIP app to this new version, dont. The old version is already bad enough, but the new one is even worse. After you click one button, it wont allow you to go back to other function, so you have to completely exit the app to do so. The real-time tracking is a joke - its very inaccurate and made me miss my bus multiple times.

Clunky and cumbersome. Advertises that it will tell you when your bus is coming, but Ive watched the bus pull up, yet nothing on the map. Like Metro, lots of promises and nothing delivered.

This app is horrible. All i want to do is figure out what time does my bus come. The mobile website would tell u when the bus was coming but now they force you to use the App. This app is very difficult to use when you want to look for a basic bus schedule. The app says it does, but I literally watched the bus pull up in front of me but it was no where on my app if even being in sight! Back to the drawing board Metro.

If you ride the bus in Houston you need this app! Very accurate within a few minutes although it says Realtime. Suffice to say, this citys traffic would render real time useless.

This app has never worked for me since I downloaded it a month ago. if they expect people to use it they should really work on it. No stars from me.
